Donating blood shouldn’t be exclusive. If you need something special to come and donate comfortably, let us know.

There are a couple of options. We can read the questions out to you in an interview room, or you can use a screen reader and digital donor questionnaire (in a private room, of course).

It’s a good idea to let us know when you book so we can plan for a little longer in the interview room.

If you need an AUSLAN Professional interpreter, then yes, you’ll need to tell us. You can do that by logging in, choosing ‘contact us’ and filling out the form.

It depends. Because of the way our equipment is set up, it would be unsafe for you to remain in your wheelchair for the donation.

That means you can only donate if you can transfer yourself from the chair to one of our donor chairs.

You sure can!

To make things more comfortable, you should donate at one of our permanent donor centres rather than a mobile or pop-up (just because there’s a bit more space).

It’s also a good idea to give us a call on 13 14 95 instead of booking online so you can let us know. That way, we can make sure there’s enough room for you and your service dog.
