Unlocking sustainability (ESG)

Sustainability at Lifeblood

There are inherent environmental and social complexities for a blood operator. Australia has one of the safest blood systems in the world and the safety of our blood and plasma products for patients will always be our top priority. We're also committed to delivering on our environmental and social responsibilities, which are key issues for our stakeholders. We must meet the present needs for our products without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. This also includes being more inclusive for all members of the community.

Our sustainability ESG roadmap

Our roadmap reflects Lifeblood's commitment to sustainability and outlines our Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) focus areas.

Our Sustainability ESG performance

Every year, we release an annual report that shares our progress against our sustainability targets, annual ESG performance data and information on our key sustainability initiatives.
