Cath Stone - Executive Director, Donor Engagement and Experience
Cath leads our Donor Engagement and Experience division, which manages the end-to-end experience for our valued donors. Her areas of responsibility include collection services, regional partnerships, property services, bone marrow donor centres and the National Contact Centre.
Cath is an accomplished senior executive with a career spanning customer experience, operations, crisis management and strategy. Throughout her career she has managed geographically dispersed teams and services across the aviation and automotive industries. She has considerable experience developing transformational change projects in complex operational and customer environments.
Before coming to Lifeblood in 2018, Cath was head of customer strategy for the Jetstar Group where she had accountabilities across five geographical regions (Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore and Vietnam) and was focused on driving major programs in people engagement and customer experience.
