It’s easier than you think to donate.

3 simple steps. Up to 3 lives saved.

Step one: A quick check-in

When you arrive at a donor centre, a friendly team member will greet you and ask for your identification – so remember to bring your ID! We’ll also ask you to complete a confidential questionnaire on the tablet provided.

Step two: The donation

You’ll be seated in a comfy donor chair and our team will make sure everything is set up comfortably for you. The actual blood donation only takes 10 minutes, and all you need to do is sit back and relax.

Step three: Snack time

Done? Treat yourself to some snacks. From sausage rolls to party pies, biscuits to milkshakes, we’ve got you covered.
