Shelley Abrams - Executive Director, People and Culture
Shelley leads People and Culture which partners with, and enables, the business by building capability and enriching the employee experience. This includes improving the sustainability of the labour supply, aligning the work of employees with organisational objectives, improving the productivity of all employees and building a safer workplace. People and Culture also provides support to attract and improve the depth of talent and leadership within the organisation and enhance our culture.
